Watch this space. Just phoned "Customer Service"??????? at KE there 48 hours was up, no telephone call,no e.mail, nothing!! I have been advised i am on the spreadsheet for the deadline of 3 o'clock today, yes today, to be given information as to where my money is either by telephone,secure message or e.mail. I live in hope. This is my sixth telephone call on the 0845 number so are they making profit out of us on this number? if they are not somebody is. Multiply that by however many and a lot of money is being
made. This is all no boom & bust G.Brown doing.

The Total for the 42 is £ 1,113,163

Just spoke to someone, same old same old, they couldn't get into my account (maybe because I was in it - and it crashed their system). but she came back to me to confirm that there was not further information on my missing transfer. I explained that I knew I was only one of 500, she said she didn't know where I got that information from, and I explained that I knew of at least 80 people with a missing total in excess of £1M, and they were all on one forum. She just went quiet and said nothing - I rang off - what can you do. The way we are being treated is immoral and cruel and I would like to know if it's KE, ING or Ernst & Young.

Puzzled, why spend £20 on a chaps fee only to get £15 of your £35 back, or was that desperation to get out and salvage something?

Just sent this email - they are winding me up so much now.....

"I have just been on the phone to one of your "help line" staff, I explained that I knew I was only one of many people (about 500) who's money had not been transferred, she asked how I got the figure of 500.
There are 90 names on the forum I am on, and of the 90 names, 42 people have confirmed how much they are waiting for, and the 42 are waiting for £1,113,163. This is just on one forum, it is therefore entirely believeable that there are approx 500 who are still waiting for money.

Everything is being recorded and monitored, and when people are given conflicting or contradictory information it is clearly apparent".
