Still nothing, but when I phoned earlier the nice lady said she would pass on the problem to her supervisor and I would be contacted in 48 hours by phone.

GREAT NEWS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE RECEIVED THEIR MONEY !! :T

UNFORTUNATELY its not great for the rest of us who continue to wait .. and wait ..and wait .. got so fed up that I just called the number again . Got yet another operator this one called Amy who sounded quite stressed ! Not as stressed as me , but the info she gave was that " Another batch has been received from ING and is being processed " Unfortunately when she checked my name was not on the list so she said I will have to wait until tomorrow for the telephone call which I had been promised 2 days ago would definately be received by me today !!! If this is typical of the ineptitude with which KE ran their business is it any wonder it went t*ts up ?? :mad: :mad: :mad:

Absolutely....at least it proves something's happening!!!

Really don't believe the "clearing bank's held it up" story.....why on earth would they do that without someone telling them to????!!!!
