Another half of a banking day gone and not a solitary penny for anyone- what the hell is going on? It's 3 weeks today since I attempted, what should've been the most simple of exercises, ie to take my money out of the bank.
Waiting like this is soul destroying; while the financial cost of all this can be counted, what about the human cost?
A fortnight ago when my wife asked me if I'd transferred the money from KE, I told her I had and I haven't made her any the wiser since. Where ignorance is bliss ...................

That's the sum total of it. I've been saying exactly this repeatedly for two week or so now. I discovered this vital piece of information on my first encounter with K-E's helpline, and that's why I discounted everything I saw here suggesting that certain deadlines would be met. The matter of payout date is entirely beyond their control. The co..up is not their fault but with the Administrators who for some inexplicable reason are holding up payments or have lost batches of them. Maybe Ernst & Young have supplied a bunch of idiots, who knows.0 -
I guess I'm not alone...doesn't pay the bills though! Why no update on KE website since Thursday...when we were promised our money.......someone is enjoying the interest.....I have money!!!!:j :j :j :j 31st October 3.30pm. Organised by nice lady from E & Y, very, very grateful.

Is there any organization that we can contact to help expedite the missing transfer situation.
One I have in mind is the Financial Ombudsman Service. Also, what about contacting BACS directly? 3 weeks and counting to receive a BACS transfer is a disgrace. Something is clearly malfunctioning. Any other thoughts?0
