Nobody seems to be telling them what is going on either. And they don't know whether they will have jobs once it has settled down.

Shambles.

And I was told they themselves do not even have a telephone contact with the administrators, all they can do is send them messages..

Phoned linked account, they cannot see any pending CHAPS payment, suggest that I get back to KE.

Which proves to me that ING are aware that the transfer hasn't taken place as it should have done. Fingers cross we might see it arrive in our linked account later today.

I really hope you are right but I had a CHAPS refund on the 20th and then nothing, then another CHAPS refund yesterday.

ING Spokesperson, I don't give a stuff about the £20.00 refund, its the remaining £50,000.00 I want now, waited 3 weeks already !

Well it's gone 11.30. Just phoned my bank (Nwest) - nothing has arrived yet. Chap at my bank couldn't tell me if there was anything 'in the system' which is due to come into the account later today. Apparently they can't access that info as money can arrive at any time throughout the day.

Guess I'll have to wait a bit longer and try again later....
