Hmm on the strength of your comments, I checked my KE account and see a refund of £20, no dates against it, but it must have been today. It feels like a relief that something at least has changed. Maybe tmrw.........:j :beer: :j0

Just checked mine and £20 CHAPS has now been refunded to the 7th. That is a change from the weekend so someting is stirring. So now £20 better off and £33k down!
That's what I thought when I was refunded he CHAPS fee the first time on the 20th. Where is my money!No more offshore banking for me :rolleyes:0 -
3) ING says the reasons for the remaining lack of cash range from destination banks bouncing payments (for reasons they are looking into) to incorrect account information.

Sorry to those still desperately waiting for their monies. We've been paid out and I'm still closely following this thread. Was expecting 100 pages today with the good news but alas...
If ING know that certain payments are bouncing or incorrect info, I would have thought it good customer service and goodwill for them to contact those affected to explain and not wait for customers to contact them.
I hope ING get this sorted so you can all get some sleep...0 -

I see that I have been refunded my CHAPS fee in my account where the payment was received on the same day yet no refund in the account (my wife’s) where the payment is still AWOL (unfortunately the much larger of the payments). I'm convinced the ING/Administrators' office is full of monkeys randomly pressing buttons.
So I now have £20 in my KE account. Do I dare transfer it out?!?!?

Told clearing bank rejected payment - both payments to same linked account0 -
I [personally] wouldn’t mind the 3 week wait if I knew what was going on. The ING website has not been updated, The ING Customer Services Manager is hiding and the [so-called] ING Spokesperson's done a runner! Absolute disgrace0
