Thanks for the messages, I am optimistic about tomorrow, but I am not going to be shouting from the hilltops until I see it there - in my account!
But I have took comfort that they had found/processed a lot more batches today, so money should start flowing tomorrow.
Like I said before ING/KE have made us who are still waiting into terrible cynics.0 -

Really needs to be done........we have our money,so needs to be from as many of you who haven't had yours as possible.......drawing particular attention to the chap y'day(Wantage Boy},whose money was returned to his account and then snatched back without his permission !!!!!!
Unbelievable!
You really need to make as much fuss as you can....they will NOT want the bad publicity!!0 -
Its good to know I am not the only one not receiving my savings. Mine was by BACS on the 7th, so hope tomorrow brings good news so I can stop the sleeping tablets!!0

The person I spoke to today, was the person I spoke to on Friday, and as promised she did investigate my case and did get back to me on the day she said she would, with good news.
This is the first real helpful person who actually gave me concrete news. It is a shame that she is not running things at KE!0 -

Just spoken to a deputy team leader Jennifer Sergeant, who said ALL payments had been released by 20th, which is why they were able to put that statement on the website. HOWEVER, 0.5% did not go thru for one reason or another. I said I have made transfers back and forth to my account over the months of having the KE account with never a problem. I also said I had not been notified or contacted when I became this 0.5% and she sounded surprised and apologised.
She was not able to personally check my account (I believed her) but once again said I would be contacted within 48 hrs (tmrw from Friday). I logged an official complaint with her, and said I would wait 24 hrs and no longer.
But what do I do then?? It's all very well issuing ultimatums but what then...
what an 'orrible mess.:j  :j0 -
Hi folks,
Have spoken with ING just and got a couple bits of info which might be of use (nothing 100% definite though i'm afraid)
1) Everyone who hasnt received there money should contact ING to make sure they get invesitgated individually. I'm sure almost 100% of you on here have, but please pass this on to any friends or family who had savings there.
2) After you've contacted ING and an individual case investiagation has been set up, dn't expect the money to come for at least 48 hours, to avoid disappointed hopes. ING have said they aim (but don't guarantee) to have cases sorted within 2 working days of you contacting them.
3) ING says the reasons for the remaining lack of cash range from destination banks bouncing payments (for reasons they are looking into) to incorrect account information.
None of these are solutions for anyone, but just wanted to keep you as much in the loop as we are here. Don't think i've had my fingers crossed this hard for some time - hope we start seeing payments very soon.
Dan
Just reading the back pages from when I came home and noticed Dan's post.
The bit about ING reasons contradicts the information I was given about they were still releasing batches.........
I wonder what the real truth is/was - and whether anyone will actually tell us the real reasons??0 -

Subject false information by ING on KE website - see attachment
Good day - as you know there are at least 500 people still waiting for transfer payments - at least 70 of these people are listed on MSE thread.
I have attached the ING update statement from last Thursday. Why is this statement false and why has there been no further accurate update to the website?
Please can you clarify this asap.ThankyouKE veteran - life seemed so much simpler then!0
