24 days of stress and frustration, so many guarantees not met. I feel sick every time I check my bank and thats 20 times per day

Just called ING again. Got the usual "you will get a call within 48 hours". The team leader I spoke to said that nobody had received news of what has happened to their money as of yet.

How can it take 2 working days???

Actually Robbo, I don't think anyone has got money today! The whole scenario is not only unacceptable, but it has become really scary and in common with others on this thread I feel very angry. :mad: :mad:
While we on this forum can take some consolation from the fact that we are not alone, I really feel for those unfortunate enough not to have found MSE!

I wonder whether the official web statements will now stop as ING weighs up the public embarrassment of another rapid backtrack compared with the damage that angering a small minority of customers further through no communication will cause.

To the rest of the world apart from us unfortunate souls it’s thought that “the backlog of external payments requested on or before Monday 20th October has now been cleared”. Bravo ING….

Why do they still have my money?!?!?!

i'm so sorry to see that ing have still not given everyone their money or even it seems provided particularly helpful customer service. it really is a scandal of the highest order. whilst i finally received my money last week you all not only have my symnpathy but also my support. we should keep returning until everyone has their cash
