In The Times yesterday, this little snippet:

What alarms me is...."the vast majority....." bit! I recall being informed by ING, that a small number of payments will be dealt with manually........that was early on.....see the first few pages.....and look where we are.......
When I read it I immediately thought the same thing! However, it's much better news for Icesave customers than what they had been told at one time.
I was alarmed to see there are 500 of us still waiting for KE payments!! Whaaat! How on earth could they have been missed. It's a scandalous way to run a company.:j  :j0 -

It's been a long time since I was at school, but isn't 500 closer to over .3% and not .1% as stated by the ING Spokesperson?0 -

I wouldn't bother, it will just depress you - it did me AGAIN!:mad:0 -
Gurgle ........... just phoned the 'special' number, double checked my name was on the famous KE/ING spreadsheet (it is). The operator sounded seriously stressed! I bet they are, lol, with us lot after them!! What a nightmare for everybody!!
The blame seems to rest squarely on the shoulders of the administrators, Ernst and Young.
Were some people given reference numbers, and what were they for please, cos I don't got one?:j  :j0
