1 - You're in the last 0.1%, we will send you an email.
2 - It will defintly clear by end of business this Friday 31st October
3 - We are urgently working on it but can't answer your questions as its 5pm and we're going home

carlostk is I think being too pessimistic and reading too much into what the ING spokesperson is saying. ING are investigating, that means they are checking out the missing payments on behalf of all of you, the former KE but now ING account holders. ING accepts there are missing payments and is locating them. ING is anxious to keep your retail deposit business remember.

They implied that the money had left KE and had been sent, but they probably only know what they can see on the screen, they said they would investigate. But this is the only time that when I have rang them they actually looked into it on screen.

Good morning guys. Well, here we are again....

Am trying to catch up lost working hours due to endless bank checking. Not good for BP or sanity. Am flying to Newcastle this afternoon for two days R and R with Uni daughter so prob won't be online. Drown sorrows in West Jesmond methinks!

Just phoned them and been told there are 500 of us still waiting and details taken (again!). Promised all will be done by CHAPS today and tomorrow. Hope springs eternal.

Monday 27th October,still waiting.........anyone had their money refunded this morning?

Hi All,

Had checked my linked Account for the past few days, still nothing in my linked Bank Account this morning.

Had called KE Helpline on Saturday and was advised that my query would be passed onto a different department to investigate (should be getting a response from them by Tuesday 28th!!).

It does seem ING are promoting how they have now cleared up all payments, and then in the next line or on their helpline number are saying there are however a small number of exceptions!!

If ING have identified there are a number of these small cases I would have thought by now they could either send some form of communication (call or email) to these account holders to confirm we are the chosen few??

Good luck and fingers crossed that this is the week......

What alarms me is...."the vast majority....." bit! I recall being informed by ING, that a small number of payments will be dealt with manually........that was early on.....see the first few pages.....and look where we are.......
