Hi guys,
I am in contact with ING over this today and yesterday. I'm really sorry to say there is no more news than 'it is coming', which I am very aware isn't comfort to the remaining 28 of you.
Any updates I get will be posted here immediately.
Dan
It certainly shows that the people at the top in ING are demonstrating a level of ethics and morality that is quite deplorable.
One of the primary characteristics, if not the main one, that a bank (and bankers) should exhibit is HONESTY.
How can these people sleep at night?0 -

[FONT="]Updated list of people awaiting transfers 1430 5th Nov
Anyone viewing this thread who is not in receipt of their transfer, please check your name is on the list .
As I will be at work during the day it will be difficult for me to keep a close eye on who is new and needs adding or who is getting paid – I will try my best. However it would be best if people can, please PERSONAL MESSAGE me if you need adding or removing – do NOT edit the list yourself.
The total “missing money” for 16 out of 30 is £ 344,365
14 out of the 30 waiting requested transfers on the 7th/8th October
If anyone else wants to PM me their amount and date I will add them to the list!

Once again, even though some names have come off I've received requests to be added to the list.

I'm another person to add to the list of 30(?) who've STILL not recieved their transfer from KE/ING. I'm now seriously concerned that the money is lost forever and KE/ING are no help whatsoever.
What organisations should I be approaching to get help resolving this issue? The FSA? ANY advice welcome.
I've sent a pm to TheFury to add your name to the list.
Good luck!2 accounts:-

I think the key issue that people face is the uncertainty as to what is really going on. ING have now on at least two occasions announced that it wil all be sorted out by a deadline, then that deadline has come and gone and there are still a bunch of us none the wiser.
Moreover, it's not at all clear what the real problem is. One can easily imagine that there would be 35 cases where the wrong account numbers/sort codes had been given which might take some time to sort out, but it seems that there is likely a couple of hundred or so people such as myself and the other CHAPS 30 on Fury's lift where the "details" have been checked and rechecked a dozen times. It can't be a logistical problem, 200 transactions is minuscule in the context of payment's mechanisms which clear millions of transactions every day. One thought was that these funds may have been in transit at the time that KSF went into administratio and ING is arguing with the FSCS as to whether or not the deal they cut with FSCS covers these funds or whether an additional payment needs to be made to cover them. ING seems to have made a fairly clear cut public announcement that all these funds will eventually be honoured, the problem is that with s many promised deadlines having come and gone, one begins to become a touch sceptical that this promise will be honoured. It would have helped enormously if we had at least had written or emailed communication from ING recognising the situation and providing me writen confirmation that payements would be honoured in due course.0 -

What are ING playing at?!?!
It's beginning to sound like they've just gone into meltdown and have given up.
There have been very few payouts done recently.
There have been no new announcements.
They have no information that they can give callers.
Does this sound like a company in control?
They seemed to have a spurt of activity last week when the Guardian article was threatened.
How's progress on the Sunday Times (I think!)?
If anybody's contemplating legal action, even although I've been paid, I'm happy to chip in.0 -
If you're keeping a list of those who are STILL awaiting payment, please add me to it. I've called more or less every other day and am also tired of being told that either the money will arrive in 48 hours or that someone will call me directly in 48 hours, and then absolutely nothing happening.
Ironically, I wanted to withdraw my money to put into another ING account. Fat chance of that happening now ING ... you've lost me for life.0
