Took a well earned stress rest yesterday from it all.
Logged in again today expecting this thread to have vanished and cannot believe what I'm reading.
I feel really sorry for everyone left hanging around...I truly believed everyone would, and should have had their money by now.

OK, I'm getting a little worried now. I put in the chaps transfer on the 13th October and have heard nothing other than the standard email stating it's with the clearing service.
Is there anything other than praying that I need to be doing ?

Most of the problems experienced on this forum were people who tried to remove funds between the 7/9th October. When KE went into administration. The funds were removed and then disappered into the ether for 4 weeks. Some people are in fact still waiting. If you can see your money in the account and do not need it right now,you might be well advised to leave it there untill this backlog has been cleared. You could become another casualty.Chaps requested 8th October : money left my account 8th October : £20 chaps fee deducted : destination account Halifax : Chaps fee of 20 re-funded to my KE account 27th October but dated 8th October: On the spreadsheet and received generic e-mail 29th October. Funds paid to my linked account 4th November0 -
We can only presume that ING have lost the plot completely.They don't give a damn about any of their customers,past,present or future...if they did ,they would be sorting this mess out.It defies belief that they are prepared to blacken their name in this way....once the word gets round,as it surely is doing,who could possibly trust them with their hard-earned savings ever again?
Court action has been mentioned before......how about a newspaper advert in protest ?
ING clearly have no sympathy with the poor folk whose lives they are ruining........WHERE ARE YOU SPOKESPERSON?
One mention of all this on Watchdog or a similar programme,and it will happen soon, and your business will be hit very,very hard....does no-one within your organisation appreciate the damage you are causing yourselves through the worst case of ineptitude I for one have ever come across?

I am in contact with ING over this today and yesterday. I'm really sorry to say there is no more news than 'it is coming', which I am very aware isn't comfort to the remaining 28 of you.
Any updates I get will be posted here immediately.

I've been following this discussion from the start but this is the first time I've posted (out of sheer desperation). I'm another person to add to the list of 30(?) who've STILL not recieved their transfer from KE/ING. I'm now seriously concerned that the money is lost forever and KE/ING are no help whatsoever.
What organisations should I be approaching to get help resolving this issue? The FSA? ANY advice welcome.0 -
Just called KE, the situation seems to be that there is a considerable number of people who have yet to receive their money in excess of the 35 problem cases mentioned on the web site. They were coy about how many we are talking about but she did say it was far more than 35 and that they were still building up a register of who is still missing money. They can't give any time scale as to when they will actually sort things out.
