Well I for one am still waiting for my cash. Though I have been perhaps the least hard on ING of any of the list members i have to say it's prretty bad tha with a very large sum missing, I have not had a single email/phone call from them. Does anyone have the non 0845 number handy, I'm keen to not ramp up my phone bill still more and can call normal landlines for free

Just called KE, the situation seems to be that there is a considerable number of people who have yet to receive their money in excess of the 35 problem cases mentioned on the web site. They were coy about how many we are talking about but she did say it was far more than 35 and that they were still building up a register of who is still missing money. They can't give any time scale as to when they will actually sort things out.

I called KE and was treated very amicably by a young man called Dylan. He put me on another spreadsheet (duplicated, triplicated, cross-referred and divided by the number you first thought of). Dylan confirmed that he would make the bods who hold the purse strings aware yet again. He did say that they are only able to offer the info they have been given by ING and fully expected all payments to have been made (apart from the infamous 35) by Tuesday (yesterday, not next week / year). Would not be drawn into numbers outstanding.
I am in a state of suspended animation...

There is no morality in the way these 29 people (and others) are being treated.

Checked my a/c this morning as I have done for the past 28 days and as usual NOTHING! I've spoken to my bank and they've checked with their head office and there is no payment pending.
I'm just off the phone to K E and spoke to a very nice man called Michael but he gave me the usual -- checked my details and everything is correct and I'll get a call within 48 hours.
Unfortunately I'm supposed to be heading off in the morning for the few days I cancelled 2 weeks ago because of this situation; never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd still be waiting for MY money.
Although I've been fairly positive all along about this whole affair, I have to say that this morning I'm really stressed out.
Any ideas anyone????????????

I have just put the following onto the BBC website - Have your say - PMQs - it has been published so suggest some more of you add your own thoughts to it.

Could you please ask the PM why it is that since the Treasury handed over Kupthing Edge bank to INGDirect investors are unable to withdraw their money? CHAPS requests from early October have been taken out of accounts, but have never arrived in linked accounts. This is theft. We have all contacted the Treasury and our MPs but all we get back is a standard letter but no answers.
