requested return of bond on 8th, by chaps or bacs. Has moved to a saving acc, but not arrived as promised today. Great help reading all above - feel horribly alone and forgotten



Hi bordergirl, have you actually made a bacs transfer now your fixed term is broken and sitting in your savings account ??

This you have to do otherwise it will just sit there.

So depressing reading all the posts after so much optimism from ING

There are clearly bits of the jigsaw missing.

We have been fed garbage for the last 3 weeks -not the fault of the customer service staff - but the management of KE then ING who have produced lame excuse after lame excuse.

It would just be nice if someone had the honesty and guts to tell us how things have been within KE over the last 3 weeks.

I've been told I was getting my cash from early Oct, like most other people. Last weekend was like all other weekends -dreadful, then Monday and Tuesday was the same. I got my cash - thank God on Wednesday afternoon.

Looks like nobody really got their cash today - why was that ING? Just how do you explain that 'cause the usual cr*p won't wash anymore. Someone is giving banking a bad name and the authorities should step in. The Financial Ombudsman needs sacking. Sir you are a total disgrace.

We Band of Brothers are still here for you poor souls missing your cash. God speed to you and your readies.

BACS 7th Oct NOT received. BACS 8th Oct received. Thankfully the latter was the big one.

But this is all getting just a touch tedious. Really feel for those that have large amounts outstanding and still waiting to get, or need access to the money.

Oh, of course, that scenario for me is my frozen IceSave money....

Been checking all day for good news, and apart from 2 lucky people, there isn't any. I know how I felt last Friday when I got nothing, but I can't believe that after getting everyones hopes up, ING have trodden them into the mud AGAIN! Why would they do that? Why not just be upfront with people and stop shovelling sh*t their way?

And just to rub people's noses in it, some of their employees seem to be signing up to the forum just to abuse anguished, disparing potential ING customers. It really is unbelievable!

I'm so sorry for everyone still waiting and I know nothing I can say will stop you from having a godawful weekend, but please believe I'm still here rooting for you and cursing ING.

Still routing for you, I am feeling gutted for you all, but I will do everything I can, including any protesting and shouting required...promise, I am committed until each one of you has your money back where it belongs. Well, no emails from Alastair Hemmings today, despite emailing him two or three times and phoning and leaving messages, perhaps like the rest of us, he too doesn't know what's going on???

Well spotted tmvc - if you get a conclusive result back would you please let us know. We could then get in touch with ING and point them in the right direction as to how to go about finding our 'lost' money (as they obviously aren't capable of doing it themselves).
