If you are waiting for a CHAPS that wasn't initiated on the 7th (regardless of when it left your account) please post and say so. If no-one does then we'll know where the issue is.

requested return of bond on 8th, by chaps or bacs. Has moved to a saving acc, but not arrived as promised today. Great help reading all above - feel horribly alone and forgotten!!

Mine was also done on the 7th just at 1.30 pm just b4 the 2pm cut off time

My transaction was initiated on the 7th and left my KE account on the 8th. There does seem to be a few people in this situation too.

What about BACS transfers made on or before the 7th or 8th....is anybody waiting for one of those?

Ditto, initiated about 11pm on the 7th for transfer on the 8th.

I cannot believe that ings can be so upbeat and stupid in announcing regarding completing all the transactions and everyone receiving it today realising the repercussions if they do not deliver..unless they have missed a bunch of ' lost' accounts which they do not know about....just a guess

I am absolutely gutted for all you guys. I also have been on the phone to ING stressed the point that I had been paid and still wanted to ring them. What a load of ******** they have obviously been trained how to deal with irate customers and they even thanked me for my comments.

I am so sorry for you all. Will remain here now for you guys and the latest statement for ING. How dare they? Be good now children or we won't give you your money back.
