Cannot understand what's happened, this was a straightforward transaction ie not duplicated. I've double checked everything inc. details to linked account.

I am so very sorry that so little money has appeared today.
So far today 4 people have posted that they have received transfers – as far as I can see all these were moneys showing as transferred out of KE earlier this week.

I’ll post a further update at 7.30pm.

hometune has offered to take over as ‘guardian of the list’ with effect from the 7.30 post. I will be forwarding to her/him any info you have provided me with EXCEPT for details of amounts of money.

Everybody viewing this thread, please check whether your name is on either list (whether or not you have already received your money).

I don't know how you guys still stranded are keeping sane.

I got my money on Wednesday thank G*d, but reading the last 2 pages of no payments has the steam coming out of my ears. It must be hell for you guys.

The utter disgrace is to have promised the money would arrive by the end of Friday for the second week in a row. The first time was maybe excusable (not really), but the second time makes a so called Banking Giant look less trustworthy than a "cockney geezer" flogging watches from the inside of his jacket.

This is beyond belief. I can accept there are problems, but I can't accept ING give out blatent lies time after time.

I have just checked my bank account and still no transfer. I am so sick of getting the run around. Am I the only one still to get their missing funds. I dont know what to do now. The call centre staff are no help. I have spoken with Peter Dennis who is supposed to be a supervisor and who allegedly put a chaser email to head office on Monday to trace but guess what still no reply from them.
