Just registered my case with KE on the 0845 number, usual about someone calling me within 48 hours. Not sure if this has already been established but she told me all payments were by BACS no CHAPS and that they had been processed on Tuesday hence why they are telling people they will start arriving today or, in her words, latest Monday.0

Disgraceful treatment by ING- to have the audacity to say payments would be sorted today and then clearly not live up to that- there's no other word for it but disgraceful! Another weekend of stress for you all, cheers ING......hope you all sleep easy in your beds-not!

Martin - the ING spokesperson needs to log back on. At the moment, credibility zero and falling. Clearly, all payments that were outstanding have not been processed and it's very concerning that the old mantra of 'sent by BACS' is rearing it's head again - almost every payment I remember has gone through as CHAPS. ING need to understand that (very stressed) people need clear, accurate information from someone who has a clue what they're talking about, rather than conflicting platitudes from call centre staff.CHAPS 8th Oct Rec'd 20th Lloyds TSB0
