Can't believe this.

Just got a call from KE. 'Good news, we've located your money. It'll be in your account close of business today OR AT THE LATEST MONDAY..'

WHAT??? I was phoned on Weds afternoon to be told that the payment had been processed and it would be in my account on Friday at the latest. Why am I getting a second call saying the same but a different date? No answer forthcoming.

Do the KE/administrators/ING (insert as applicable) have a clue what they are doing? Is this a duplicate call (good spreadsheet, huh?)? Or is this yet more spin? I fear the latter.

I HAVE HAD ENOUGH.


CHAPS 6/10, funds left KE 8/10. Still nothing.

I agree, we have all had enough. I received an email yesterday am from Alastair Hemmings, ING RISK Manager saying Customer services would contact me "shortly" - still nothing, no contact, no money, NOTHING!

Rec phone call Wed 29nd giving 100% guarantee money will be in linked account by COB Friday
NO MONEY TO DATE – How long is this going to go on KE?????

Most money seems to be going in around 3 so hopefully you will see your money around then..

If CHAPS can be received all day how comes they always seem to come through late afternoon??

I can't believe this is going on 10 days after I got my money. I am so glad I got mine as I finally pick up the keys to my Van so my business can start on Monday. It is 2 weeks behind schedule as I had to wait for my KE money.

If I were still waiting now, it would have meant another 2 weeks of no business and no income.

I really hope none of you who are still waiting need money to make your business operational.

Once everyone has there money, I wonder if I can make a claim for the two weeks work I have lost through not being able to buy my van?
