    I suspect it's Ernst & Young who are behind it all, and no doubt they are getting paid by the hour ! :eek:

    Still no money for me this morning. I have put my CCJ on hold in the hope I get my money today, as several people seemed to be receiving theirs yesterday. May have to think again if I don't see it today. I phoned Ernst & Young yesterday and they say the problem is nothing to do with them. They were only involved in the KSF issue, not Kaupthing edge accounts as that business was taken over by ING Direct immediately on the 8th October. You could get dizzy going around all these circles! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can my money arrive today. I'm going to phone up again in a minute to check for any progress.

    I am also contemplating county court action to show we mean business....they don't like further costs and the adverse publicity. We need to put them on that footing..
