I've just had my morning chat with KE, spoke to Kirsty. Complained that I had received neither an email or phone call as promised and asked her to check that my call had been logged and that I was 'on the spreadsheet' - I am. She told me that I would receive a call tomorrow to tell me when I could expect my money! This is ridiculous!! I'm a pensioner, where the h..l do they think I'm going to get the money for things that I've got planned? Certainly not from my OA pension, that's for sure!! She was very sweet and I do feel guilty because I got quite upset this time, and it's not her fault. She's just one of the 'whipping boys' who have to field our calls while Mr De Twit has a smooth bottom and a big fat bonus!!! I told her that I and a number of others had contacted the media and that she should try to pass that information on to whoever she could.....

Sorry, feeling very agitated about the whole today...I'm supposed to be booking an electrician to do some work before the decorator comes, and I'm not sure what to do. Guess I could always cancel if I have no money....

Just come accross this forum, still waiting for £27000 left KE 8th Oct not in recieving bank yet. How do I add myself to the list?

I have just received a call from ING/KE who have "promised" funds to be in my linked account by COB Friday - I shan't be holding my breath. And for this reason have just emailed our local MP to ask for help or advice.

Kaupthing Edge

Myself and many others withdrew our savings from Kaupthing Edge on the 7/8 October by CHAPS. The monies have left our accounts but have not arrived in our linked accounts.

Edge are fobbing us off and have so far given us three deadlines (that have been and gone) and still no money has arrived.

Edge are not authorised to hold our money and I believe this is a criminal offence.

We do not seem able to get help or answers from anyone. The FSA is useless.

Presumably, the Treasury were responsible for moving our money to ING - so why can't we get it out?

Have also sent carlostk's e-mail and phoned ING who say the fault and information are with KE?????????? About which bank do I lodge my complaint to the ombudsman?

If ING hold true to their promises this time we should have our money by Friday - I'd leave any cancellations until the end of the week at least. If we are being positive we'll all have our money by then!

Are there any lawers on this site? - We need to at the very least take some legal advice & guidance! It's all right everyone supporting each other & exploring the many theories as well as lies that have come from KE/ING & eventually run ourselves ragged in the process of constanly running around in circles. But NOW is the time to get something absolutely legal on the cards & recorded. Lets get the whole truth at least

Completely agree.

We must take action, not let KE/ING toy around with us in circles with their unmet deadlines, promised phone calls, emails, and their MOST ridiculous aggravation: trying to get us involved with their clearing bank/administrator issues. I just want my money, not interested in their issues.
