Link to ACAS website. Sorry you're so stressed BZ. We'll all support you when you need to vent. I don't think anyone else will mind me saying that.

Cheers dude, I'll get OH to have a look. Or failing that I'll try and get my head straight enough to look through it tomorrow. My sister is a HR manager, so hoping she'll have some words of wisdom. All this really couldn't come at a worse time, and I'm worried that if I start venting on this and the other ridiculous niggles I'll never stop and it'll become the Bigzippy Thread, not Fibromyalgia!!

    Morning Peeps,

Just wanted to get in quick and say that - following Martin's e-mail this week, I have decided to err on the cautious side and not even turn the puter on this Monday , so you can all have a quiet day without me :D.

I used to be fairly blase (typing not so good today - first time it came out as balsey, quite appropriate too though:p) about things like this until I came back from holiday in June - fired up the comp only to find that some little @rsehole from Shanghai had hacked into my primary hotmail account and spammed all my contacts. Worse still he'd got past my security and there had been a Trojan left to remember him by:mad:. Believe you me, he will probably be in extreme discomfort by now as I all but wished him terminal constipation _pale_ :D.

Much as I will suffer from the withdrawal of not coming on here, I am determined not to risk it this time. I could always pop down the library though:D - then again there's usually a queue a mile long and no one to pass the time with - as none of 'em speak English ;), but since it's probably their only way of keeping in touch with family I'll try to be magnanimous and not begrudge them keeping me from my 'fix' with you lot :p.

Where are you all? I know................................ M&S :rotfl:.
Some people hear voices, some see invisible people. Others have no imagination whatsoever :D

Yeah I think she's papping on about the virus malarky - apparently they're all getting in before Christmas for the preChristmas rush...or something?
Personally I know it won't be keeping me from my computer... but then I'm not sure much will ;)

I've given OH the number for ACAS and severely hopes he heeds my advice and gives them a call. I'm gonna email the agencies for him later, see if there's something for just over Christmas he can do to get him out of that place once and for all. I need another kip first though  it must beall you lot with your talk of night terrors and such... I dreamt I was being stabbed in the back (where I'd had pain all day and night anyway) by weird zombie people that I then started slicing round their throats with the knife I'd been stabbed with (I think) but they still kept coming at me with their heads half hanging off... not pleasant. :(

Btw, what's going on with you lately s/e...you've not had much to say, other than the odd quip - which is usually to short for teacher to accept ;)

s/e I think she's referring to 24th November being the "worst" day for puter viruses etc. Some kind of global attack?
I just recently closed my ebay account as it had been hacked twice and I refuse to use online banking just in case. However, anyone trying to steal my identity would be in for an awful shock as I'm still repairing credit record after 5 years of being incredible hard up. Mt late Mum leaving me some money has made the last 2 years financially more comfortable, but I'll be right back there when the money runs out!
Codeine bungs you up eh?! I hadn't realised. My IBS has always been treated symptomatically as I'm intolerant to anti-spasmodics so I take 9 Lomotil/Loperamide every day so I can leave the house!
Had a bit of a suprise this morning. When I saw Cardiologist, one think he said to me was "So no-ones told you you've had a heart attack" and I said "No" meaning don't be daft of course I haven't. Its been running through my mind for the last few days as a weird thing for him to say, so I rang Hospital this morning and spoke to Registrar. And there is some evidence that I have!! He was quite cautious about it in case I went into one, but I think of it as just something to add to the list of things. I don't go off half-cocked thank gawd.
Maybe think of some lifestyle changes though.
BZ - You talk to us all you need. If you don't vent, your head may explode and that would make an awful mess.

Must go out in 40 mins or so. Suppose I had better get dressed.
    Later peeps

I'm actually trying to straighten out the house after the central heating installation, and after spending a couple of hours (interspersed with lots of rests, and ramping up the pill intake) shifting and cleaning stuff I'm fair wiped out.

I think some !!!!!! is stealing my spoons. ;)
