I like the heat patches too and stock up if I see them cheap anywhere. The last place I got some cheap was Savers, I cant remember how much they were now but it must have been around a pound.

My OH put some outdoor xmas lights up in the tree in our front garden this afternoon, they look nice now its dark, I dont want the indoor decs put up yet though. The last few years we have just had a xmas tree as our kids were all growing up and it didnt seem so exciting anymore, now we have 2 18 month old g/c (not twins but they were born 3 days apart ) we are going to go mad again this year with the decs, I cant wait to see their little faces.

a good few months away yet then bz :)
In normal people worls it's aaaaages away...it would seem that in wedding world I'm horribly behind in my prep. Fancy not having been in a bridal shop yet
The one place I really, really wanted to go was Canada in the Fall/Winter and take the Canadian from one end of the country to another. Sadly, it won't happen now.
I went! Yay! It was groovy. I saw the Niagra Falls and went and had a "picnic" in the woods where the snow was up past my knees. We made cut outs in the snow for seats (with branches on) and made a fire and toasted marshmallows. :D I saw the Ice Sculpture festival on the frozen lake at Ontario (I think?) too. It was far from grim ;) I was only a young teen though so I didn't fully appreciate what I was experiencing and didn't get any photos :o

BZ, don't you mean that the loss of internet connection would have been GRIM? *snigger*. I am relieved you have slept long, but one night ain't enuff - ya hear me?! You reminded me, I do have a couple of small wheat bags I can microwave and stuff down my knickers (typo there - I just typed knockers!!).
Harharhar :rotfl: Yeah, fair enough - you've got me there :D
Well, it's church in the morn, so I guess I'll just have to have a lazy day after that...apart from the fact I've just broke part of my tooth off :( So we'll see how that affects me. I rang the emergency dentist line and they wouldn't let me see anyone cos I wasn't effected enough (that's why I rang them straight away! so I wouldn't have to BE effected!).
Anyways, How on earth did I remind you of wheat bags? Not sure if I should be offended or not...?

I bought a wonderfully hideous 6 inch battery operated psycadelic colour-changing Xmas tree in the market. Bad taste is surely better than no taste at all!
I really was wondering what on earth the end of that sentence was gonna be then after all this mention of knickers and knockers! :rotfl:

Oh dear - I actually thought to myself, how can she have had children 3 days apart? Then it dawned on me - 2 seperate mothers  :o
I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to break :D

He he he, whereas I came at it from the other direction and wondered why she needed to explain that they weren't twins and then about the 3 days apart! :rotfl:

Sorry dude. I didn't travel across the country though... if that's any consolation? :o
(I also travelled all the way from top to bottom - Key West in the Florida Keys up through Florida (Miami, the Everglades, stroked a dolphin & held a baby alligator), Tampa, Ohio, etc, New York State, up to Ottawa in Canada. I was left in a friend of the family's house on my own for an afternoon while I was in Ohio... and a tornado kicked off! I was well scared!!)

Sorry, should I just leave now...?

Ta very much guys. OH is very jealous too - esp when we watch that scene in True Lies where they're going across those famous highway bridges between the Keys and it occurs to him that I've been there... or those fan powered boat things that they use on CSI to go across swampland/the Everglades (yeah, went on one of those too )

Anyways, back to medicalness... I got a call back from the dental nurse and she asked me:
"Do you have nerve type pain from your jaw through your shoulder?"
Well, yes, but that could be my Fibromyalgia
"Do you have any tightness in your chest or shortness of breath?"
Well, yes, but that could be my asthma
"Do you have any woozyness or anything like that?"
Well, yes, but that could by my ME.

    :rotfl:
"You can take painkillers like paracetamol or cocodamol if the pain gets any worse. I presume you have some in..?"
    Yes, yes I do!

She asked me my medical history and then for my medications...she didn't wanna have a list of the pain relief meds I have :p :rotfl:

  • the islands sound lovely :)

my sister did a driving tour across america form west coast to east coast, ive never got round to it, when i go its to see my "little sister" in the south, though i did say next time i go ill make a detour to canada to finally meet my friend.

hope the tooth doesnt hurt too much bz. its a shame we dont appreciate things when were teenagers isnt it? i miss ireland now, but i was so annoyed we never went anywhere else once i got old enough to have to be paid for on the aeroplane (it was 5 then) so i resented being dragged around ireland.

nite everyone, hope you all sleep well.
