Thanks Maria, I've really got my fingers crossed
. I was talking to OH yesterday morning and he was saying I'm always stressed and that I need to relax about things (I was trying to work out how much I could save a month for the deposit whilst I was still in bed!). Anyway, I got a bit upset about it but he made me feel better. I explained to him why I want a house so much and why I'm getting stressed about money/buying a house so now he understands. The long and short of it seems to be that he wants to stay with me and for us to buy a house together eventually. We knew each other for 4 years before getting together, he'd always had a thing for me and I know how much he cares about me (and likewise) so it did put my mind at rest a bit. Also, although I want to save up a big deposit and still want to get a better job, he's on 30k so I don't have to worry quite so much about the income multiple part of getting a mortgage which had been getting me a bit stressed.
In the end I had a really nice day yesterday, we went out for dinner with his parents and then to the pub after. Even better is that I've sold a necklace today so I've got another £24 to take off of my overdraft.

Well done on your first £100 towards the deposit and your payments for the OD. I get myself worked up over money stuff as well, i also lie in bed thinking about how and when I will pay things off. Is a pain but at least we are doing something about it. Your OH sounds lovely and really supportive which is just what you need.0

Thanks Wendz. I'm really lucky to have him, he's lovely and I know he'd do almost anything for me. The only reason he mentioned it yesterday was because he wants me to be happy rather than worrying constantly which I can understand. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470

Thats great news that your OH wants to buy a place together with you when you come to buying. Two incomes will make it so much easier than just one. And like wendz said he sounds very suportive of you bless him.

Thanks Maria. I can really see us staying together and we seem to want the same things so it's a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. He's 27 where I'm 23 so I guess being slightly older thats the kind of thing he's starting to think about.
I tried to get one of my friends christmas presents sorted today but I failed there lol. She likes making cakes so I wanted to get something that would teach her how to make sugarcraft flowers or the like, but hobbycraft didn't really have anything worth getting. I'm looking on ebay too but I'm struggling to find the kind of thing I'm after. I did find some amazing hello kitty things though http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trksid=m38&_nkw=hello+kitty+mould . Some of the stuff you can get is crazy, I'm so sad!
