Still flippin waiting....here's the details if anyone can see a pattern.

Realised on reading Saturdays Telegraph on 4th October that KE was in dire straights.
Went online to get my liquid cash out.
Had some FTD's and could do anything over the weekend about those.
Put through online withdrawal request on 4/10/08 but stupidly forgot about £20 CHAPS fee
Took out all cash (system let me)
Monday morning 6/10 account updated to show -19.00
Tuesday someone at KE reversed my transaction took out £20 less then put the transaction again.
Wednesday account showed withdrawal and £1 in cash still in there

Meanwhile (still with me?) had telephoned KE to break out of my FTDs - did this Monday morning 6/10. Was told by KE that this would take 3 or 4 days to do as they needed to work out my interest and add it to my account.
Thursday 9/10 FTDs were now showing as cash - took large sum out leaving some cash in the account.
Friday 10/10 account updated to show withdrawal.

So in short, I'm still waiting on 2 CHAPS.
One withdrawal was after ING took over.
Only had 1 email from them -not had 5% email.

Anyone any theories or ideas?

I really feel for you !! but it may cheer you up a little when I say my money arrived in Nat West this afternoon, it was also done on the 7 th October so hopefully you won't have much longer to wait.

i am still waiting - 1 chaps 8/10. however it is going to Nationwide, so will wait and see what the morning brings

I had a BACS form KE on the 7th Oct arrive Friday....but still no CHAPS from the 8th.

Fingers crossed it'll arrive tomorrow.

I am still waiting did BACS transfer on 11th Oct wouldn't have been processed till the Monday.

Received email from ING last night 2040 saying

:[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]While we have now processed over 95% of these payments, I am sorry to inform you that we are still working on a number of manual payment instructions, including the withdrawal request that you have made[/FONT].

Just checked online again and not received still

Oh well, same day CHAPS still not working - tried to withdraw the rest of the money today and they haven't arrived in linked account yet. Will see how long is that going to take!!!!
