Can't believe after this catalogue of mis-information and downright porky pies that anyone is even considering parking hard-earned savings with this shower.
It may not be all ING's fault,but I'm sorry,their handling of this situation has caused so much grief they have eroded any credibility they may have had prior to all this kicking-off.They have demonstrated their PR skills are non-existent.

For those still waiting, keep the faith, payments are still trickling through.

£33k CHAPS done on the 7th received by TT on the 20th, well it was dated the 20th but I have only just noticed it today the 22nd.

The !!!!!!s still removed the £20 chaps charge but it would be churlish to worry about that for the moment.

Ginvzt, seems they did Bacs although I requested and paid for Chaps (20£ not refunded) to HSBC. It appeared this morning because nothing last night when last looked! I actually requested Chaps on the 4th of Oct, disappeared from KE account on the 6th so its been quite long time. I do wonder about the interest situation because it was large amount and would like my 20 quid back!

All - so if BACS recvd today this must have been sent Monday, same time as all the CHAPS payments. How weird, what are they doing in there.

No, new transfers are not going through on time!!!! I made a CHAPS transfer on Monday (20/10) and still haven't received it - I am sure, I checked Nationwide 4 times this morning! If they are making it as BACS, I might see it tomorrow morning. But then I am also going to ask for my £20 back, as I paid it to have the money in my account ON THE SAME DAY!

My husband and I both requested CHAPS payments (approx 20K) from our KE accounts 08.10.08. Both accounts debited 09.10.08 but no payments into our destination account at Natwest. No emails received from anyone.

Sorry to hear that, exactly the same as me except to nationwide - welcome to the forum.
