I think it may be that customers who joined KE before 30th May 2008, and use the old signing in method get the Secure Messaging option.

Those who joined after don't.

I am only going on my personal experience as I get the option & my wife does not.

I transferred money to Halifax by Chaps 7/10 received 20/10

They charged me twice, £20 of remaining balance and £20 off sum transferred

Did anybody have the same problem?

I joined in July, and I have no option for secure messages. I call that discrimination!!!!!!!
