Do you mean the head office at your linked destination bank or KE?
Make sure you have screen grabs and/ or printouts of your statements, in the unlikely event you’ll need them.
Keep badgering them until they sort your problem. Sorry about the pun.
I would have been happy to see my money in KE. For 2 weeks it didn’t exist at all.
KE head office.I have been bagering them continually to no avail Plenty screen grabs for account and sent emails (5)1 reply which was useless. Thanks for your concern.0 -
I made 2 CHAPS withdrawals - the first, on 7th October went through on the same day, however the second, on 9th October, has still not arrived in my account. I have followed all the advice given on the website and the answer message put out by customer services. Last night they told me my case would be referred to their clearance team, but today I have received no e-mail from them. The employee I spoke to last night told me that they did not know why some payments had not gone through - it does not inspire confidence to keep an account running with ING Direct.0

The assurance by ING was for Friday, dont say the goalposts have been moved yet again. As usual completely conflicting utterences coming from the burkes with our money.
Nothing can be done until we see what happens Friday, heres hoping you can all hang out till then.
Their latest doesn't say that. It says that "... all outstanding payments will be released by Thursday 23 October and we would expect these to start arriving in the destination bank account on Friday 24 October"
Note: expect to start arriving on Friday. It could be next week before any significant flow of payments is actually seen. Who knows?0 -
Most of you are missing my lovely avatar and not providing your own.
You add an avatar by
Clicking: user CP
And follow the instructions.
And/ or enable avatars by
Clicking: Edit options
And click the tickbox next to: Show Avatars
I only just found out how to display avatars. :j

Love yours! Maybe I can make mine a pic of the new car, when I get round to taking one.
I don’t fancy going for a ride in that.:D0 -

Ahhh I'm a credit card tart! Typical how as soon as the interest free period ends (today) the money saved away has gone missing. I'm sure it'll turn up - but becuase of these problems I will now have to pay extortionate interest on the card until it does.
Therefore I'm actually loosing money  even though the withdrawal was done on the 13th....oh well never mind I'm sure I'll still be in profit0 -
Im sure everyone will get their money. But - what about our lost interest - anyone bothered about that or just delighted to get back what is your own money?0
