Nearly got to the fridge.
Just received a reply to an email I sent to the BBC on 17th Oct, asking if I had received my money. I replied yes but could I hand her address on to others who hadn’t and she just gave me the ok. So anyone still waiting please send your story to:

I told her the latest deadline is Friday but we’ve seen two come and go before. She is back in her office Friday. .....................
I have just sent a mail to Allison at BBC.... if we all send her one she will begin to realise the size of the problem and the lack of communication from KE/ING and Gordon Brown.STILL WAITING for refund of 1x £20 fee plus missing interest on our 2 accounts.0 -

are you able to access KE messages? those with 'my' type of KE website can not, according to previous posts..STILL WAITING for refund of 1x £20 fee plus missing interest on our 2 accounts.0 -
Actually, it's only when i look at it now that i realise how basic the KE website is. There aren't that many options to play with and no "Contact Us" in particular.

Just I had money in a Fixed Term KE account, which has only just broken after waiting 2 weeks, and I don't want to get caught up in this. Has anyone tried a CHAPS since Friday (17/10/08) and been successful?
Hey, just so you don't feel alone, they have broken my Fixed Term today too, so it is nice to see some movement on my account. I did phone and ask them if this meant that I would get my money on the 24th, but sadly the staff are as in the dark as we are. I know its hard, but hang in there and if you don't get the money back by Monday, ring and speak to them again. I just wanted you to know that we are all here for you....Money requested 08/10, left KE 22/10 - Arrived 24/100
