I am kinda tempted to take you up on that, but I dunno, I would feel kinda guilty doing it, I dunno how anyone else feels. Seems a little 'fraudulent' for want of a better word0 -
If you do sign up - go here for 20% off

With Blockbuster it was always my top selections, which is obviously great but it's kinda nice having a list of films you wanna see and being suprised when they drop through the door.
Their turnaround has been faultless, we send them back, they get there the nest day and on the same day send some more out, so we receive them the next day. Their recommendations are excellent too, I have rated 80-odd movies on there and my recommendations are nearly all films I would want so see, if I haven't done so already. All the discs have been in perfect condition too. Really can't speak highly enough of them. By far better than Blockbuster and LoveFilm IMO in terms of the free trial.0 -
Anyone found Blockbuster to be particularly slow this week? I have been a member for 8 mnths now but for some reason this week they have only sent me 1 dvd despite my queue of 3 discs being empty!0

I've just signed up for the Blockbuster free trial through Quidco (as suggested by Ambla Gambla :kisses3: ) and hopefully will have £15 cash for it! :jMortgage-free wannabe!0

Currently having a horrible time trying to get my money back from the 2 week Tesco DVD trial.
I took out a trial on a monday, on the friday before the trial was due to end I got a final dvd which I put straight back in the post and cancelled the trial on the saturday. Tesco have billed me and are being really horrible and won't refund my money. They say that because they didn't receive the final dvd back on the sunday that they are entitled to bill me.
I'm really cross with them because - if the postman actually delivered on a sunday - then they would have got it back!
It's a con because it says a 2 week trial, but in fact I would have had to cancel on the Wednesday 9 days into the trial, and returned all dvd's on the Thursday 10 days into the trial to be absolutely sure of not getting charged.
I would avoid them like the plague. I'm currently enjoying a good, but slow DVD trial with Blockbuster.
If anyone has any suggestions as to how I can get my money back from Tesco, I'd be grateful.  :mad:Rhiannon of WoolamaiThanks!

I thought I'd cancelled my tesco subscription, cleared my list and returned my DVD on time but they still charged me and sent out another DVD. Their t and c say absolutely no refunds. I took another look at cancelling on their site and spotted where I'd gone wrong. I clicked the cancel button on the first screen but missed the several following screens asking if I was sure or did I want to reconsider andbecause of this I'm stuck another month.0

I have just finished my free trail with screen select and they were fantastic I signed up through zest so am still awaiting my free Davina DVD. But it amazed me how quickly I received confirmation email of receipt from them, they were very quick. i have just started my blockbuster 2 month free trial and I received 3 very promptly so I will reveiw again at the end of the 2 months!0

Does anyone have a Screenselect phone number?
I am getting a bit frustrated as they are not replying to my emails. I rejoined recently on the 2 months for 1 deal, clicking through the 9.99 link (1 disc). However, my account states 12.99 (2 disc, my old deal) and a billing date for next month when it should be May!
Ohh so annoyed...they are normally really good too! They used to havea prominent phone number but not now it seems.0 -
