Despite warning of a long delay for some films, I received almost everything quickly. Some new releases were even delivered within a couple of days of release. Their service has really improved,
Lightning fast turnaround, imediate replacement of faulty items when reported, good customer service. Now I find it hard to knock them
When the postal strike was looming I asked if they would allow free downloads during that period. They wouldn,t but they pushed my pay date on by a week
Last year I pestered them a lot with complaints and I'm sure many others did.

I did have Amazon, but they didn't offer an unlimited package, and didn't have some of the dvds I wanted.
I've been with Lovefilm since August 2006 and have nothing but praise. I find turn around times quick and good e-mail customer service. The 3 times they failed to send my next title by the end of the next working day, I e-mailed and had 3-4 days added to my account each time.
I do wish they would send discs at the weekend though! As far as i'm aware at the moment it's Mon-Fri only.0 -

If they are not up to scratch keep complaining.
If you look at my earlier posts I was forever putting them down. I was forever emailing them and phoning them and I'm sure I wasn't alone.
Now I think they are the best.

I just found that out! Since the Saturday collection at my nearest PO box went downhill (dvds posted on Sat arrived Weds, dvds posted on Mon arrived Tues!) I decided to post before last collection on Friday, and the next day I was sent another title!
It does pay to complain, you are right there, had 7 free days added to my account through moaning at them.0
