Please may I have a pepperoni pizza with lots of mozzarella.:T:T
Virtual pizza from a wood fired oven, smells wonderful. I really enjoy the virtual cosiness here.
BIL and OH have taken the kitchen door off... kitchen is much lighter as a result.
The glazed replacement has been lifted into place, looks good. Now the hinges are being put on and transferred to the other jamb.
Time for coffee...... vitual with brandy as I can't get into the kitchen.
Can't stop the workers now can I....

Ooh, vegetarian Hawaiian style pizza for me please - Streaky Strips and pineapple chunks, Yum! And a nice glass of Pinot Grigio to go with it, I think.

Not a problem again LW - I think that is doable (although I personally cannot stand pineapple on a pizza!) - oh and the bottle of Pinot Grigio is here in a cooler so you can top your glass up!

ouch, ooh, ouch..eee...my feet are sore - I don't normally clomp around in heels (my boots are only 3 inches high at most) but I have worn the things all day. I left home at 8.45am to get the bus to town then I had to walk a fair distance to the next bus stop to catch a different bus which saved me a mile walk but at the other end I had a 5 min walk to my appointment. I then walked back into the city centre - the mile I had missed walking the first time, then I wandered around. I had fun and had to catch another bus out to the eye hospital and then back and then managed to get the correct bus to get home but was turfed off because the bus in front was faster apparently, so had to get the bus in front. All in all I have travelled on 6 buses today for £3 instead of spending £1.50 for each journey which equates to £9:eek:

During my wanderings I was asked by a woman if I would do a survey about toothpaste in exchange for £5 - I will do a survey on anything if they are willing to give me money:rotfl: My fiver roosted in my pocket for a little while and then I used it spending some on lunch and buying some pies from the farmers market (they are delicious).

The eye hospital was productive too and due to my poor eyesight, complicated prescription and the fact that I am on the dole I was told that I could get £54 off my glasses - I ended up paying £26 for the anti-reflective coating and that was it. Now I am wondering if I will get another £54 off my distance glasses as I shall need them soon:confused:

I could do with a mug of hot chocolate with marshmallows and a slice of this egg custard tart (from the farmers market). Care to join me?

Horace, I'm exhausted just reading all that! You must be shattered.

The egg custard tart sounds nice, I'll have some if I may.

Hot chocolate and egg custard tart sounds as if it'll hit the spot Horace, may I have some please?
Haven't been around much as DH has had his knee replacement and is now home so I haven't been able to get out much. He's asleep at the moment so I think it's safe to sneak out for a minute or two!!
