Thank you Dragon, the mulled wine is delicious.

Hmmm..... maybe some nice veggie stew with herby dumplings.

Crossing my paws for Dr Dragon's interview, btw.

Uncross your paws until next Monday please LameWolf (I want you to be able to still walk!) - his interview got pushed back a week (but they still hope to make the decision by the end of next week - so that time scale has not been pushed back!)

    So Wolfie - what's up with you?

I have been out today - dentist (no treatment needed:j ), mystery shop, christmas spending spree in boots with my giftcard and I stopped off at Millies Cookies (I know I know...the diet...they smelled divine and I was hungry:rolleyes: ).

So we have double choc, toffee, toffee & pecan, raspberry & white choc and choc/orange. I will freeze those that I don't eat although woman in shop said "oh they go hard if you freeze them" I don't really care as I shall nuke them in the microwave to soften them up a bit:rotfl:

Lovely Horace. I shall be tucking in to some of those delish things!

I must say that i haven't been outside my place at all this year.

Using crutches is a devil when it rains and as for when it snows, no way!!!

I may be able to stand upright on my two pins Magenta but do admit that when it has been snowy and icy I have taken to using one of my walking poles when I have ventured out. I think I shall take up walking again and use both poles as they cut down on the impact on my knees and I feel a bit fitter so guess the poles help other areas too.

Not going out today, it is too bright and my uveitis is back which makes my eyes sensitive to light. You won't believe it but I am sitting here (I refuse to draw the blinds) with my baseball cap on just to keep the sun out of my eyes:rolleyes:

    Hi Horace.

Nothing I can't cope with - had a really BAD anxiety attack while out on 1st February. Managed to bluff my way through it, but suffered the "fallout" afterwards, and basically, to cut a long story short, my self confidence didn't just hit bottom, it started tunnelling. I think I'm getting back on track now, though. :o

I shall certainly be glad when this 'orrible white stuff has gone. I was getting from the car to the door on my sticks the other day and nearly went base over apex; and I had to close the living room curtains a couple of days ago because the snowfield that is our back garden was literally making my eyes water.

    Oh well, roll on spring!:D

:grouphug: - sorry to hear that, hope you are now getting yourself back onto an even keel:D

I hate the white stuff - I was out in it on Wednesday and got on a different bus (mainly because an age old ex boyfriend was driving it:eek: ) so I faced a long walk home trouble is the sun came out and the reflection from the snow made my eyes feel prickly. Next day I had a bout of uveitis to contend with:mad: I am waiting for my new specs too - I will be glad because I just daren't drive at the mo because my eyes are blurry:eek:

As for ex - he apologised for his behaviour towards me when we were going out, it has taken him 27 years to apologise:eek: Plus he made me feel like a teenager again by slipping me his phone number:cool: He must have had some effect on me because I am starting to think about wearing makeup again and to that end have a makeup lesson (free) booked for Friday with the Artistic Director of bobbi Brown:cool:

I have moved your basket closer to the fire and shooed the cats out. So have a bowl of something hot - all tipples are available:D
