Been posted and back....i was very excited putting my cheque in.
Bumped into lots of folk in town so even better could natter to my hearts content..you can tell i don't go in very often.

No resources that i hadn't already gotten, but picked up a few bargains in Quality save and some Ant spray..any i didn't spot before will be sprayed now!

What is it with OH's. Mine seems to think that because he gets paid cash it is there for him to spend, then wonders why he is having to take money out of the bank to pay for his fees. I've tried to tempt him into doing the NSD's and although he likes the idea he hasn't managed a single day yet this month. Just as well I don't include his spending in mine.

Far too many pages in this diary for me to read them all but have now subscribed so can keep up to date from here in.

Welcome Scottishmummy, is usually quite Turnip orientated on here, talk about Blackadder and general dissing of Mr.B..but his antics keep everyone amused..oh i just noticed antics and ant spray, now there's a use if ever i saw one..:rotfl:

Feel a bit of a fraud tonight. As ever i yack ad nauseum about MSE and how brill it is at saving money. Anyway friend on phone crying about finances and how much they are paying, charges and PPI and could i help them? You are so good with money she said:oIt must have been bad for her to ring me from work at 10.30pm. If only she could see the state of my life, and necessity is the mother of invention and all that:o So i will help send letters off for her tomorrow and try and get them into the MSE way of life. I know they both work two jobs and all hours God sends, so hopefully it will ease for them a bit. I do reiterate it is not me and ideas are off this site for all to see.
At least the word is spreading.:o
