My mum doesn't live too far away from there, so would have been in hearing etc. Doesn't explain helicopters unless it was a local toerag set fire to the place.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

I am not really bothered about phone calls, will sharpen my skills
I could sort it all out, but felt it was time he took control if that makes sense:o So will help with letters etc,but he has to have a plan to pay off debts and i have made stipulations about this. He has to save up monies in the next 6 months or however long he has negotiated with them, in order to have a sum to offer F&F to them. I may be grasping at straws but i have been going in circles for a long time with him so now is the time to draw a line and say enough is enough. The idea is also that he has no credit either, so he will finally live within his means and stop sabotaging his future.
So will see how it goes, i want to get us on an even footing and pay everything off. I know F& F settlements isn't everything, however the % of some of his debts mean that he has more than paid and really should have learned from past mistakes..oohh hark at me this time of night:oBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

And another thing you can add to any F&F letters is to say that the amount offerred takes into account unlawful charges etc.
It can't hurt to save, even if they don't accept the offer.
If you can teach him how to solve the debt problems and get the spending under control while making him think it was all his idea, then i think you've got it cracked.
Keep on keeping on.
