  • Well folks has been a mixed day today already.

I have had three debt collection agency calls for Mr.B and am seriously wondering is he taking the Michael?? One i was able to sort out as i knew what it was for and will give him the benefit of the doubt on that one, the others he has said have been sorted, but if they are ringing then surely it hasn't? Or are they being akward cusses?

Have a mystery shop to do today and one on BH monday, why did i do that? Oh well will be mega busy in the shop i would have thought.

Have a good weekend everyone, off to look up on Debitas thread to refresh myself on 'IN THE JUNGLE THE MIGHTY JUNGLE THE LION SLEEPS TONIGHT....AWEEE, WEEEE, WHIAWHIMABWAY:D:rotfl: Think they might of picked on the wrong wife to P off.

  • Thinking of doing something similar BOB, I keep picking the phone up to MBNA, Monument and Robinson Way . I had a right go at a chap from RW a couple of weeks ago. Kept rushing well the best I could in plaster to the phone only to get them which was bloddy annoying and at times painful. OH just hangs up.

See that's your problem - you're not hitting him anywhere vital...

    Sorry, but i had to.

I take it you are referring to DCA's calling after you have written to them requesting communication be in writing only? Some of them do take a couple of months to realise what this means, but it's also handy to have a list of the legislation they are breaking and who you can report them to near the phone so you can keep them informed.

If it's more than 2 months, then i would inform TS and OFCOM as this is harassment.

It may also be that they are trying to get the amount they are receiving increased, but the communication in writing letter should also deal with that. Hopefully it's not too many calls.
