I think people think of snoring as being such a minor thing, but when it affects your sleep night after night, year after year, it is anything but funny!

I think it has been getting worse for the past 6 years and in all that time i can maybe count on one hand the number of nights that either of us has had a full nights sleep. Luckily he doesn't have sleep apnoea, i was really worried about that at one point. I too also started snoring as i reckon the stress factors of sleeping in a certain position in bed didn't help.:o

The new matress has gone some way to sorting out comfort, fresh air in the room helps me, but he gets up and shuts window. I was thinking of buying a sleep monitor, which is supposed to send a signal to change position ( but he snores on all sides) probably work for me though.

But i think that him facing up to his debt has been a big help on the stress side, so if we are both getting on with it then it is one less thing to factor in ( if that makes sense)
