    :rotfl::rotfl:

    That all cheered me up a bit.

    Found out it was Crapital one.:mad: I had to laugh at the last one though, as he did answer and he has filled out their form, minus bank statements. The woman got very frustrated when he told her that i didn't give permission for the bank statements to be sent as it is a joint account and the DATA protection act , meant i would have to and as the debt is in his name..i don't:p:p:p:p:p:p:p To Crapital one.:rotfl:We have filled out income and expenditure form, so don't see what their problem is not telling any lies on that score and i refuse to send anything else to them. He is making a more than reasonable offer.:mad:

    So was actually due to that, i am sending the phone call letter to them registered on tuesday, George. I really am not bothered about their phone calls, i think this site cures me of a lot of worries, i just thought it was him not sorting stuff out.Not being rude either but most of these calls are from an Indian call centre and are intelligable.:o

    Off to put large stick with nails away:o:rotfl:

    Oh and we had a response from Mbna offering charges back..so all good on that front.:beer:

    Second letter for PPI and charges back to Crapital one, play them at their own game.:cool: I will also block their number so they will get the message one way or the other.

    Have a good day everyone, am off out for a ramble.:D

    Well they don't have any right to my info do they?:rotfl::rotfl: As far as i am concerned they can stick themselves sideways. I was thinking that if they try and go for a charging order, not only would the BS have to give them permission, but i would to and as it is in negative equity they would get zilch!! Maybe not strictly too but i defend the right to protect my negative asset all the way:cool::rotfl:

    lovely to see you back Dragon. I did have visions of you being buried under calamine lotion.LOL. Will nip over to your diary in a bit.:D

    Had a bit of a pants evening last night. We were offered my mum's house in Morecambe ( she has gone away) so bought wine etc in and went for a lovely walk on the prom, gorgeous sunset etc. Anyway Mr.B gets gut rot(from too much carvery) drinks too much wine, falls asleep and proceeds to hog the duvet and snore and fart all night..yep folks my life is so romantic...:o:rotfl:

    To top it all, apparently there was some sort of camping festival in the fields nearby..no noise, but at 3am gunshots were heard, then all hell let loose, as police helicopters cars and sirens were out in force..so no sleep.:eek: LIke i was gonna get some anyway:rolleyes::mad:

    Mr.B wakes up this morning and wonders why i was in a bad mood..duh!!:mad::mad:

    So went for another walk this morning and conversation was ltd to grunts, what a waste of time and effort that was. The walking was good though.:D

    So weekend has cost approx £30....What's that old saying? Oh yeah time spent with loved ones..priceless...they don't know what they were bloody on about with that advert.:rotfl::rotfl:

    Hope everyone else had a good weekend.

    Edit to say, i keep seeing that 118 advert with the Ghostbuster theme tune, and now all i want to sing is

    If there's something strange snoring in your bed..who ya gonna call?............... ( could also substitute snoring with farting..i am easily amused.lol)
