Aww shucks, thanks ( does akward foot shuffle thing) i think you are one of the driving forces behind the diaries. We get so inspired by them that off we run and start one too..although i tend to obsess about turnips and beans..not so much in this one though, i have become a tad more focussed.:o

  • Congratulations on your 10,000th post .

Got some bargains at tesco today too. Clothes at 20% off and exchanged £15 of clubcard vouchers for £30 vouchers towards clothes so got £50 of clothes for £10 cash and DH paid as more of the clothes were for him. He got jeans, work shirts, socks, I got 2 t-shirts, DS has new shorts and trousers and DD has new dress, top and socks. So it still worked out as a NSD for me:p.

Wow that is good, i have about £20 in vouchers and am trying to be good and hang onto them..i think i may well be tempted. I am going to buy DD1 a bottle of Champers for graduation though.

OOOO must be the season for Turnip obsessions. Please post the recipe, i want to try it just to see.Lol

Well today has been a nice day. Helped a friend with eye tests and ended up getting a free one myself and because we are referring each other also get £20 worth of M&S vouchers each..good times. So is nice to be good to each other. She also treated me to dinner at subway for taking her ( had to have drops in!) So didn't do the diet much good, but it was nice to have dinner bought for me.

Other news, Clapital one are still asking for statements..err naff orf! Tis my data protection and who knows who will see them,if uploaded onto a portal.

Bank sent statements and we are £20 under budget (as in we spent that amount less than went in IYSWIM) However that will come off overdraft..hmm.

This month should see another £50 worth of changes and if i have my way even more as of course regular wages always help. ( although that is in my account)

He has also been charged for something which wasn't his fault, so nice snotty letter going to that company.

Also spent £15 on graduation stuff for DD1, beautiful card which made me cry with the verse, one from DD2 and DS and a nice teddy frame( those celebration bear ones) to put graduation photo on it.With Champers, and fruit cake should make a nice rememberance for her.

Tax credits have boogered up the renewal forms all info wrong so will sort that out ASAP ( wondered why we had extra dosh, at least we can pay it back quickly without any massive overpayments)

So that's about it for today.

Hope you have all had a good one.
