Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

You did not engage me and pay to me directly, right?
You should remember that you were offered those services by Ambasun UK.
In fact I was no shareholder in the company since the beginning of the year , the paperwork only was finalized in the middle of 2007, because the foreigners-partners had to be in Bulgaria to sign part of the documents.0 -

In the Uk you are a shareholder until the paperwork is filed at companies house. YOU were are shareholder until it was filed that you were no longer. This was June 2007. I repeat you had a conflict of interest. I also am led to believe you have acted against legal protocol in Bulgaria. In the UK you would be struck off.
Incidentally, who did you sell your shares to?0 -
Anna
Good to see some responses however if everything has been done as you say what is the problem then? The post you make seems to indicate everything has been transferred as it should be so why is there a distinct lack of progress? If one party is delaying things or being unreasonable then why is no action being taken to protect the interests of your clients and reslove this dispute?0 -
I would suggest there is a good chance you have already lost your 9k. Its up to you how much more you wish to risk.
This seems to be a ridiculous comment. Have you even purchased a property from any of these developents involved in the dispute. Comments like these just make the whole situation harder on those that are going through it,
I have purchased at Dawn Park and we are almost at completion expecting act 16 next month0 -
Hi everybody i have just found out about this forum via a friend.I have got to say i am very suprised with some of the comments that i have been reading.I have also purchaced in Dawn Park Block A.I nvisited Bulgaria on my own steam three weeks ago to view my property, the only thing i dident enjoy was my drive down to sunny beach from Sofia.I have got to say that i was over the moon with the development.I was shown around by a Bulgarian gentleman that i now know to be Desi Atasanovas father. The quality was fantastic and i was more than impressed with the finishing of the workmanship.I can only assume by some of the stupid comments that are appearing on this forum that certain people should get on a aeroplane and go and have a look for yourselves before you start critisising.I was told that some people were refusing to pay outstanding balances through fear of the development not being finished, how stupid. How do you expect it to get finished if you dont pay.Do me a favour go and have a look and pay your bills im sure what you will see will put your mind at rest. And to those who are posting stupid comments who obviously havent even bought GROW UP .I would also like to add i have found the team in Bulgaria always helpful maybe its because i have paid my money over>?????0

well done on getting your finnished apartment, it appears Dawn Park is the only one. Perhaps all our monies from the other developments have been spent to help finnish yours.
I have visited the development we have purchased on, back in August 2008 and trust me not much work has gone on since!!!!
I understand that Dawn Park has had 'the focus' as a certain someone has invested interest in it and has huge potential returns on this, however we are not being afforded the same attention.
If you have just joined this forum you wont realise that there are approx 100 people who are being potentially stung at the moment and left this forum a while ago and are all taking further action.
so you are the lucky one.
well done and enjoy - the rest of us may not be so lucky0 -
p.s roddy
Yes we have paid monies too however at the moment no one can account for them properly so I am now sure you understand some of the comments!0 -
Dear Asut,
I didn`t believe that there is anyone yet, who still doesn`t know where the problem was. Namely, that Ambasun Ltd owed large amounts of money to many developers in Bulgaria.. And this is not just an empty statement, because there is proof for it, especially the fact , that they give clients misleading information.
What am I doing to protect my clients` interests – everything within my powers, because the dispute is between the agency and the developers and they have hired their own lawyers. If I did nothing, then why are Ambasun trying to press me? At present they are making attempts to cause me trouble by an unfair action against me.0 -
Hi Rianne,
I appreciate what you are saying and feel very sorry for your cause, but surely if people dont pay the installments we are all going to suffer as the products will never get finished. My friend has bought in cornelia 1 he is also very pleased with what he is getting. He has told me that work is in progress all be it late but the quality is first class .I exausted myself last night reading more in the forum and have got to say some of the comments are laughable.Do you not agree that if the Bulgarian developers were not playing the game they would have pulled the plug and pulled out long ago.If they have stolen any of your money why is work still in progress. It makes sense to me that is the people who collected the money in the first place have not sent proper amounts over to Bulgaria ie Ambasun uk limited. And now reading between the lines ie Anna Pravchanska this can be proved.I also think that a lot of people have just jumped on the moaning bandwaggon having just taking the word of others.I again say to these people go and have a look for yourselves. I personally dont think the problem is in Bulgaria????0 -
If anyone is serious about resolving difficulties in Bulgaria (Cornelia,Delagio,Amba Sun etc) stop posting on this blog. It is not constructive and not helpful. I am working towards achieving a co-ordinated approach to resolution to get the Bulgarian developments back on track to the benefit of all concerned to include Desi and all buyers. I have proposed that all outstanding payments are collated through a UK stakeholder (solicitor) over the next few weeks. I am currently working on setting that up and hope to have achieved it by today. I do not have a client list and because of data protection Amba cannot disclose it to me. I therefore asked Amba to send a circular to all UK buyers on my behalf. Please respond to that request. My intention is to collate outstanding payments which I believe may be around 3 to 4 million. I will then travel to Bulgaria to negotiate a staged payment plan with Desi on a development by development basis today’s achieving completion of the various developments. I have already set about arranging to appoint an independent Bulgaria stakeholder to manage the process in Bulgaria. The intention is to restore trust and confidence whilst building in appropriate safeguards and assurances.
Please reply promptly to the circular received from Amba Sun as I do not wish for there to be further delays. You will then be directed to secure access to a private forum. When accepting that invitation you will be required to prove your legitimate interest as serious purchasers who are keen to achieve a solution have no time for time wasters and free loaders. You will therefore be asked to complete the pro forma you have received from Amba Sun before being permitted access to the private forum. At the same time can you please confirm to me that you are agreeable to Amba releasing your details to me so they do not contravene the Data Protection Act.
I am a litigation solicitor employed at Birmingham City Council in a senior capacity. I am also a buyer in Cornelia Phase 1 and therefore have a vested interest in achieving a successful outcome in Bulgaria. Any enquiries please mail me direct within the next 3 days.
