Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

where are the responses from our reps that went to bulgaria on feb 20 09, or is this another bluff?

It failed to find out that some of Ambasun's directors were also directors of Delagio.

It failed to point out that the High Court action has been taken BY Delagio AGAINST Ambasun and not vice-versa.

The referred to Mr Farnsworth I'm sure has never given a moment's thought to this gentleman's money never mind "trying to get it back".

We are in contact with Solicitors for Amba Sun Ltd and are approaching the solicitors instructed in the UK by Desislava Atanasova/Dalegio Ltd (Cornelia Group Ltd) with a view to conducting negotiations to find a pragmatic solution to the current problems. Our intention is to obtain a full account of money paid by purchasers to Amba Sun and determine how much has been transferred to Bulgaria with a view to taking steps to safeguard any funds that have been retained in the UK whilst the dispute between the parties is resolved. At the same time we have proposed a way forward to Desi to enable the development projects to be completed subject to quantification of outstanding works and payment being made in stages (rather than on demand) as the work is progressed and certified as completed. I am again inviting interest from purchasers so we can adopt a co-ordinated approach to seek to resolve the current difficulties. The Group has written to Desi about that and we hope to secure an agreement with her about a way forward that will be acceptable to her and all purchasers. We hope more people will join the group and together we can find a solution to the difficulties we face.

I would totally agree with you , but i have been in touch with ambersun u.k and they inform me that the claim isn't with them . As they are just an agent and the claim is with the bulgarian developers ..

hi there i have bourght in the albatros in bansko and im haveing lots of problems getting answers. i went out on a vewing trip in november 07. and was told by the sales manager that there was going to be a 9 hole golf course in front of the complex, no golf course. i was told that i would have full and free access to the hotel facilities, no one can answer me that. there was going to be a airport nar to bansko, no airport. i was told that i would have the keys for dec 08 in time for the sky season, no keys and it looks like more like 2010. all of these things i was told would be in the contract. but i never got a contract even though they told me they sent me one. and they asked me for the first installment, and was told that if i did not send the money i may lose my deposit. i did not get a contract until just a few mounths ago, 7 mouths late and it does not have any of the above in it. ive tryed to get help from anna but she says she can not help me because its a british law and i do not have a contract with the developers, im not shaw who she is working for me or the developer. she said that ambasun had not paid her, but changed her mind after a while. i was also told by the manager that i did not have to worry about a morgage as they as my agents would sort all that out for me. i have bourght in spain before and that is what happend there. i did not have to do a thing just pay and sign. the morgage the solicitor all sorted. i told the manager that is what i wanted and he said it would be just the same. its not the same, no were near. because of the credit cruch i dont think i will get a morgage now if i had the contract when i should of, and they did what they said they would, i would have a morgage in place. im not going to sign the contract and im not going to pay any more money over. i want my money back now. i know there is a lot of poeple this as happend to. and if there is a group of you that are going to sue please count me in. i beleive together we stand and devided we fall

Am I understanding this right, did you pay a deposit with no written contract, just the word of a salesman? Lets face it if the airport and golf course are never finished the property is worth nothing. If this is the case I am stunned.
