Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

Just discovered this site am purchasing in Ambasun Pearl 2 and am wondering what others are doing or what action they are taking. Alternatively what are people being told re progress!!! As at present am in process of seeking some legal guidance but am interested in what others in the same boat are doign first.

Can anyone advise what to do I am afraid if i dont make a payment i will break the contract and lose all my money or if i do pay lose even more i dont know who to believe or what to do

This is my first time on here. I too have bought a 1 bed apartment in Cornelia 1 and have been reading some of your comments.

Cornelia ar constantly bothering me to pay my final instalment, but I haven't done so far.

I don't beleive I have a valid contract in place. In fact both Nadya and Anna have told me that the contract isn't legal. Yet they keep asking me for payment

I was originally promised a free furniture pack, by Mark donelan (Ambasun UK). However, Nadya has said that they (Cornelia) never signed the contract, meaning that it must have been signed by Mark Donelan in the UK. Therefore, they would not honour the offer of free furniture.

Anna is without doubt working with Desi, so be very careful (apologies if I'm telling you something you already know).

I'd like to keep in touch with you. sorry if I sound a bit of a technophobe, but what "PM me" mean and please would somebody tell me how to access some of the photo's that you talk about.

I'm sure i'm not alone, but the stress that Cornelia have caused!!!!!!

Are you holding on to your final payments?

despite not having any time to spare for reading through internet forums, I think it is now necessary to openly enter this site. The reason for this is, that I am beginning to hear from other clients of mine all sorts of versions and speculations in regards to the situation with Ambasun, in which my name is being quoted.

So I am now openly entering the forum and thus giving each of you the opportunity to ask me direct questions behind his/her anonimous nickname. When I can afford spending time, I will be reviewing the inquiries and answering.

I only beg you to take into consideration the extreme business of my working scedule,

I've just been reading this thread out of interest. Always wondered why people buy in places that they're likely to have problems with. I travelled back from Sofia (last Autumn) with a bloke who was telling me how great it was owning a property in Bulgaria. He then went on to tell me how many people were getting scammed, and even he had to employ three sets of Solicitors to ensure he got full title rights to his property!:eek:

Anyway I wish you luck and hope you all get a positive result.I've just spotted this on another Forum which might be worthwhile looking into?

I understand that Ambasun have requested information from you via the notary on 3 occasions and you have ignored their requests.
Why do you continually avoid disclosing what you have done with our money?
Why do you share an office with the developer?
Why do you not pay rent on this office?
Why do you refuse to act for some of my friends because they have fallen out with Desi, the developer, who you share the office with?
