Hi Rianne
I would like to say this is not me versus you,i think there is already enough of that already on this forum.I posted to inform non moaning minnies of my experience in Bulgaria as there seems to be a lot of people looking for information about Dawn Park which i think i provided as first hand knowledge. Also there seems to be a lot of people asking about Cornelia of which my friend has also provided me with the facts as he has just returned from his own trip, which i have also listed.I hope that answers your question fully0 -

Hello
Having just rang Ambasun to chase up where my final payment is up to and when it will be sent to the developer, I have been advised Ambasun UK have gone into liquidation. I was led to believe this had literally only just happened (or at least the front line staff made aware - I spoke to Samantha and Anete) and I was given the following contact information:
info@ebsadmin.co.uk or 07535076106
I have an apartment in Apolon 4. I am furnishing my apartment myself however understand from Anistasisa that approx 6000 euros is still due on my apartment despite me having paid my full contractual amount via Ambasun UK. If anyone can shed any light on where this might leave me, any advice would be very much appreciated!!!
Thanks Nicola0 -

To all concerned
I would just like to say that I have been speaking with a lady who has experience in dealing with property in Bulgaria. I have found her advice most helpful and informative. Her website is www.thetravelbug.org if you would like to find out more.
Thanks.0 -
so my parents received a letter this morning informing them ambasun has gone into liquidation. anybody else know whats happening and what the next steps are for us ? are we entitled to anything ?? is there any group we can join for the customers? They have the deeds for sunny beach but have the last payment to do for the Bansko and dont have the deeds for that. And like the rest of you are distraught with the thought of having nothing to show for the money or losing it all !! re-assuring to know we are not alone though.0

I have had the same letter but I think it is for reference only. Ambasun were merely the agents in the sorry process. Our contracts are fortunately with the developer0 -
Did most people pay money to the UK agents or to ambasun in Bulgaria, or is it held in escrow? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
