Yeah, I am happy with the amount I have paid off but for some reason getting under the 20k is a big deal for me.Even though I will have a long way to go after that, I will feel more positive.

Yeah I think passing the 20k barrier is a real booster, my next barrier will be the £10k mark but like you I am some way off that but it should happen sometime next year fingers crossed.

I'd say you can't wait to get past the 10k mark either. It will be great when you get there. I can't wait until all of us regulars are discussing savings & nice things !

God yeah that would be brilliant. We will be super savers. I keep saying to my mum I can't wait for the day I check online banking and at least one account has gone up rather than down

I have decided to get rid of half my wardrobe on Ebay. They are stuff that I have never worn so I might as well get rid!

Ebay is a good idea. I am trying to find some items to ebay. Clear head, clear house, clear of clutter - all helps with the Debt clearance - and of course the money raised is also very good.
