Ah yes of course, the trip to Australia that the flights are paid by AQA. Sorry, such a poor memory I have...
I'm ok thanks. Things could be better, but they could also be worse.
You're doing really well on the debt busting and your paperhat figure looks amazing!!! Will you get up to 15k by the end of this year? Are you still the winning runner?
I'm looking forward to next week as it's my birthday on Wednesday and bf will be treating me!DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -

You have a good memory to remember that the flights were paid for by AQA! I should have earned some holiday spends on there too but it was too difficult when I was living with tenants and now I have no broadband until Monday so will prob make £100 only!
Doodles has already won the paperhat challenge so not aiming for that title. Not sure if I will have the 15k paid off for Xmas. Am aiming to reach my baby savings target first, to take the pressure off things. At least when I am on maternity leave I will be able to make minimum payments easily. Anything above £5k will be used to pay off the debts. I think that is the most sensible thing. I might do a bit of a mix and match with savings and debts and pay a bit off both though

Another £100 off my credit card today. This is from my AQA earnings and work expenses.
I just worked out that I have to pay on average £358 per month so that I have the credit card cleared by next June (before the 0% runs out).
I have decided I will pay that every month and anything extra left over will go towards the baby savings and also to pay for baby things and the money we spend in Australia. I would love to have no credit card by next JuneTotal (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Hi all,
Well I got back from Oz a few weeks ago. I had a brill time but unfortunately I also ramped up some extra debt on my credit card. I haven't included it in my signature but my aim is to pay it off asap.
OH is waiting to get some money back from part-time work he has done so I hope to get under 13k with the debt this month and also put some more towards baby savings. OH's job also pay a bonus in Dec but as he has only been there since the end of Sept I don't think he will get that much. Still even a couple of hundred pounds would be great!
I am starting to stock up on baby stuff to try and spread the cost before my little one arrives. Have 4 packs of nappies already. Am going to get some cloth nappies as well but have decided not to get the newborn ones, as there will be too much going on without worrying about washing them as well. The company I am going with are linked to my council and I get £30 cashback so it looks like I will pay about £20 for them (12 nappies). That is good value I think!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
