OH says well done
you're finally getting it at last. He's not going to bother commenting on the rest, as it doesn't put him up nor down that you're giving out wrong info.
Well perhaps your OH may enlighten us all by pointing out any errors in my post.
I am just amazed at how little Sky Employees know about their product that they are flogging to the poor unsuspecting public.0 -
wow..... there are 2 people who are saying that you do need to pay £20, and about 5 people saying that you don't need to pay £20...
well.. just to back people up, who are right... you don't need to pay £20 when a subscription ends on a card. you still get loads of channels that are free, and this is the same selection even if you pay £20 for a different card.
Also, if you pay £20, you cannot make this into a subscription based card (afaik), but an ex subscription card can be made back into a subscription based card!
(i think maybe not using trademarked names will help on this, as there is soo much confusion!)
maybe i should write a guide, as to what box / card combination gives you what channels.0 -
We spent four weeks unsuccessfully trying to get Sky to connect BB. Totally useless. Great at TV, rubbish for the rest.Further down the line I would recommend their broadband. Mine is very fast. I would not switch my telephone line to them though as you will get into difficulty should you wish to switch provider at a later date.Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission.
