Still no sign of AF and got such a strange feeling in the left side of my abdomen, almost like a pressure and tugging sensation.
DH has been and bought me some more tests, so will make another attempt in the morning. I still don't feel like I'm about to come on. I did try to contact my GP as was worried about the tugging sensation but can't get an appointment.0 -

Bunnie1982 - try not to worry, unfortunately it could be anything! Wait and see what your POAS says in the morning - where are you in your cycle now - you are late now aren't you? So hopefully you will get an answer then. If you are PG, dont worry about the pains, you do get assorted grumbles to start with, its just everything starting to stretch!
Really hope it is all going to work out for you
Re the AC, thanks for your reply FE. I am going to wait and see what happens in the next few days, if I start this weekend, I have settled into 3 weeks, but if it lasts till end of the week I am back to normal IYSWIM. Fortunately (or not as the case may be) I cant climb back on to the TTC saddle until September, so I have time to play with to get myself into tip top - you know the ones I mean - clean up my diet, cut out the booze, lose a stone, you know, the easy ones!

Thanks Lilo, I'm coming up to a week late now. I'm not usually late so this is strange for me, especially with the tugging sensation, I've felt so uncomfortable at work with it today. It's not painful, just causing me discomfort.0

AF has arrived this morning, however I'm not as disappointed as what I thought I'd be. I think with everything else I've got going on at the moment it wouldn't have been the best time. I'm thinking at the moment that perhaps the lateness is down to all the excitement/stress or perhaps I OV'd later than normal.
Thanks for all your support though ladies0 -
Hi Bunnie, You certainly sound relieved, isn't it odd how our bodies play tricks on us? Just before I started the IVF treatment, I was 5 days late - which was also very unusual and was just on the verge of testing, but then AF came along!
Somnium, It's great that you have 16 follis developing, really good news. Good luck.
Well I am on day 5 of the 2ww and its driving me potty already - goodness knows how I am going to manage for the two weeks. I am truly sick of daytime TV, am being told not to do anything by all around me, and have lost patience with the web site I was designing for a local charity, with the weather having downturned - I can't even potter in the garden. I know it will be worth it, but I have always got lists of things to do, and am struggling to do any of them at the moment. Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

Ok, my "news". Just got home really, after my hycosy.
The test itself was ok. Was painful, could barely walk back to changing room, but after that I was fine. What they found is not so good. They found a cyst in my left ovary, with some solid mass. The left ovary itself was much bigger than the right (well, too me), but doctor was not concerned about it. Right ovary was fine and he could see eggs developing. Then came the dye. It was going fine to the left ovary and coming out fine as well. However, there was nothing coming out of the right one.
So, I had bloods taken to check for tumor markers (whatever that means) and will get a date for laparoscopy. As usual with Bupa, they can't tell me if they will cover, until they speak with their 'medical team'. That is after they said for hycosy, laporoscopy would be covered, but they don't cover hycosy - well, they did in the end. Waiting for them to call back...
I am not in a pain now, just a bit emotional. Really only want to curl up and get lost in my mind, but have too much to sort out - taking cat to the vets in 2 hours and need to clean the house thoroughly as have some guests this weekend.
Update: Bupa came back to me saying they would not cover it. They said that if they knew I would have to have laparoscopy anyway, they would have not covered hycosy for me (how could one know that they will need surgery?!!!).. Since I did have hycosy, I cannot have laparoscopy as well. I really don't understand this as hycosy cost under £300, where laporoscopy would be about £2000 to £3000!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
