Sami Congrats I re-read the email! So how many Tesco vouchers did you have to use to get that many? I always just use the money off my shopping. :o

Oooo shame on you! :rotfl: never use your vouchers for money off your shopping - they are worth 4 times as much in deals! We saved ours to use on part paying our honeymoon which meant we could have a nicer trip than we could otherwise have afforded. :)

Definitely save them in future and use on a treat or something through deals :)

    How excitiing for you!!!!

As for Kerry Katona, no I missed her. What was she like. All well to look great and loose all that weight when you have someone paying for the surgery. I used to like her, but i am not keen anymore.

Thank you! I'm so excited! :j

This is Kerry Katona on This Morning the picture quality isn't good but to be honest you can hear how bad she is... Phil & Fearn asked if she was ok at one point cuz she was slurring soooo bad!!

Having a spinal block. seeing midwife 2moro so will check with her then. Having a elective as i had emergency with my first, she got in distress after 36 hours of labour and i never dilated past 3 cm. She was 10llbs and this one is likely to be the same hence the elective this time on their advice and me being a chicken!:rotfl:

Good luck to everybody who is having scans today:D will check in later to see how you all are

    6 days to go:j:j:j:j:j
I'm probably going to go with the C-section as I've got quite bad back problems, squashed discs in my spine and I was in agony last time with my hips, so think it will just be easier to elect then it saves me going through all that pain to possibly end up having another emergency c-section

Bargin it won't necessarily hurt "real bad" think positive! I did it with just gas n air for the contractions and nothing when I was pushing coz I couldn't hold the mouth piece and push at the same time! I found it much easier than I expected, the hard part came afterwards!
My top tip is make some hearty soup that someone can sneak in to you in a thermos at visiting coz the food at our hosp (wigan) was awful! - seriously if they tried to serve that in a school all hell would break lose, "tailored to your post-natal needs" my bum!

Ho hum, due date today and no signs of nothing, so I can feel for you BarganAholic! I'm bored of being pregnant now, want this child out! I have my next mw appointment on Friday, what is she likely to do? She's a bit parpy, so I'm guessing just the normal blood pressure and wee test and then send me home. I don't necessarily want her sticking things up there, but would it be time to do a sweep or anything two days after my due date to speed things along? Would it be the right time to start discussing induction or not?

Bf told me this morning that he dreamed that I had the baby and she was 9lb 16ozs. I said you can't have a 9lb 16oz baby, that would make it 10lbs, but thanks for letting me know!!! Gosh, I'm only little, hoping there's not a 10lber in there!!

Bf is also due to go up to Leeds tomorrow for work and he says he doesn't feel comfortable going. Think it's 3 hours there and 3 hours back (we are just north of London). If I have no signs, is it safe for me to go with him? I'd only be sitting in the van and we could bring the hospital bag with me if something happened. We have family up there and wouldn't mind popping in to see them.

Re: Goldsmiths and Tescos. I currently have £534 towards our wedding rings in Tesco vouchers which I am going to use in Goldsmiths. Not buying till next year, so hoping I have more by then. I am the queen of Tesco vouchers. Earlier this year used £2,775 in Tesco vouchers to pay for our weddingmoon in Barbados next September!! Cheap wedding huh?

well I figure that if I think it is going to hurt real bad then hopefully it wont be half as bad as I imagined. I'm still really nervous about it though. I'm trying to think positive thoughts about it though.

Good idea about the soup I hadn't thought of that.. I've never been in the hospital apart from a little visit to the labour ward so have no idea what the food was like.. I have heard bad things though. My shopping isn't coming until tomorrow so hopefully I'll have enough time to make some before babs decides to come.
Saying that though.. I'm having serious braxton hicks this morning but they dont hurt so dont think its labour, I recon I've had about 15 - 20 though since I got up!
