I don;t know how we will control visitors as I want a HB. Might have to just ban people from coming to the house!:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

I haven't really decided anything strict about visitors. Our parents very, very rarely visit us, so i'm sure once they've been the first time we won't see them again for months. None of them ever stay long anyway because they are all smokers and we don't smoke, threfore don't let them smoke in our house...which they all seem to have taken issue with, hence, never visit!
I will just make sure they txt me first to check if it is convenient too.
My back is in absolute agony, I suffeed with a bad back with ds2 too, only this time it is far worse. Doesn't help that I haven't stopped today, and the only times I have sat down have been either on hard school chairs (briefly) or bent over the computer desk....typing

I am planning on a HB too. I am not telling anyone that I have gone into labour, I will just phone them all afterwards. But like I say, I am going to tell them to txt, because if they just turn up on the doorstep I will probably be very rude to them!!Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

our families live 100 miles away so while they can;t pop in, once they are here it will be for hours! I have no idea what we will do about this actually. Thank goodness we can;t put them up!:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

How funny, while I was typing about the visiting, DH asked me about it... He must be psychotic... He thought people would be waiting at the hospital while I was in labour... I said I very much doubt it... How would they know I was in labour if we don't tell them
Has anyone else got dry lips? Mine have been dry a while but are now cracking and ever so sore... One just split right down and started bleeding properly... DH went into a panic rushing round for tissue bless him...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

phone off the hook, lock the doors and close the windows :rotfl: My visitor ban is on our house, I doubt i'll be in hosp any longer than 24hrs but prob only be about 5 - I hate the place (nothing wrong with it just too many other babies and its not my own space) I may lift the ban earlier but 2 wks is what I'm telling everyone I mean lets face it its "just a baby" they're not missing much if they wait a week or two before meeting them

Yup... very dry lipshohum. Quite unlike me but I am waking up every morning with dry lips at the moment and today they have stayed dry all day unlike normal...

Ooh, I could just see my family's faces if I said no visitors! :eek::rotfl:. I couldn't deprive my Mum, Dad and sisters from seeing their new family member as they are my support network (and anyway all my immediate family live 15mins away max! :rotfl:).
And I did and still do love visitors as they entertain Poppy and give me a well deserved break!. When I had DD we had only just moved a few days before so all my visitors went to my Mum & Dad's house to see us....and then we could leave when I was tired without offending anyone
.
PS: still no signs....although I do have a really bad back (bad enough for me to take 2 paracetamol! :rolleyes:) and I'm already tucked up in bed.
