i am fine once i am work in the morning, but then after lunch i am ready for bed. all i had for lunch to was a packet of oatabix porridge stuff and one caramel snack a jack.....i feel as tired as i would after eating a big meal :mad:0 -
:hello: Congrats and welcome to the thread, Newbies!
Lots of you all starting out on this big new adventure and mine is almost at an end
AF, no, formula doesn't smell like milk or taste like it (don't ask!).
And when I was 4, I would only have meat on a seperate plate and decide whether I would eat it or not. This happened from the moment that I saw lambs in a field on the way to Butlins for our hols and put 2 and 2 together! :rotfl:. It took until I was 17 to become veggie though. Luckily I had a very understanding Mummy!
Poppy has all sorts of foods but the meat dishes are cooked by DH and I just warm up(and sometimes gag at the smell
).

dont worry, i certainly WONT ask
i can't believe your journey is almost at an end. i was talking to a colleague at work about my maternity leave and i was stressing at the thought of what the 'end' actually means.
thankfully ebay kindly gave me £2.50 voucher which spurred me on to order my hypnobirthing book and cd last night.0 -

Sami - if I am a snob because I think that clean hair is important then so be it...I am very glad to see that your hair is clean in your avvy
SB - I can't believe you are going to leave us...I am selfishly hoping that Jamie is going to be a Janurary baby
:shhh:
I just went to the woolies sale (got 7 vests, 20% off) and the Sainsburys baby event - 50% off all baby toiletries etc :j bought infacol, more sudacrem (sorry AF - although ours was stocking the shelves continuously because things were flying out) nappy sacks, wipes, shampoo, babybath, talc, baby lotion...and maternity pads are half price 49p for 10 - I guess we will all need a load of these so even if you can't bring yourself to buy anything else I guess it is worth buying them?
Also went to KFC for lunch...and could eat it again.please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

AF: I'm praying you BF sucesfully coz I'm not a fan of the smell of milk (not enough to put me off tho) but formula smells and tastes Minging!
I'm assuming SB has tasted it from testing the temp on wrist or at the airport security thing as that where I know from, although we ran out of milk once so hubby tried a bit of formula in his coffee _pale_ he did not like it!
Glad you got your hypno birthing stuff:T0 -

I also think I might have had my first braxton hicks experience...
as I was walking around sainsburys my bump was kind of getting harder and getting painful (taking my breath away) for I don't know, about 5-10 seconds at a time...does that sound like BH??
Now I don't want you ladies to laugh at me but I had always thought of labour pains as being related to (and located around) my foof...now I am kind of thinking that the pain of being in labour is actually around the bump area??
God I feel like a newbie asking stoopid questions again :rotfl: - no such question as a stupid question newbies...I have probably asked them all in the last 5 months!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
thanks MFD, me looking so good in my avvy is down to about 3hrs of hairdressers and make up artist  my hair n makeup combined was the most expensive part of my wedding outfit! In fact I think only the food cost more than that! :rotfl: have to say tho when I was working I wouldn't have dreamed of going to work without nice clean hair!0
