  • (((Hugs))) to all who need them. Just heard the news about the conjoined twins they were seperating - one of them died last night :( . It seems there is so much bad news regarding babies and children at the moment - it really upsets me and I cry at the drop of a hat with all these hormones.

Hubby and I were talking about the baby yesterday over dinner and i got so emotional I started blubbing in the restaurant (Its so not like me). Hubby got so embarrassed, poor thing :o - he was worried the waiter thought he was being nasty to me, bless.

  • Aww, just read on the BBC News Website, Hope, one of the conjoined twins that they have been trying to separate during the night, has died. I am so thankful my twins aren't joined up.

    How sad.

Angelfairy-You could still call the baby Angel even if its a boy, what about Angel Clare from Tess of the D'urbervilles? It might be better as a middle name though unless you know he's going to be a 6ft bruiser!

A friend I used to work with had a still birth a couple of years ago, she went in because baby had stopped moving, she was 39 weeks and had to go through a normal induced birth knowing that the baby wasn't alive. I am dreading seeing her whilst I am pregnant and feel bad about that but I know she doesn't go out shopping anymore because she can't bear to see all the babies.

I never worried when i was having Mil once I got past 12 weeks but this time I'm really concious of all the things that can go wrong, and it doesn't improve once they are here you worry even more.

My hubby would never let me call a boy Angel :D:D He would no doubt come up with all the ways bubs would be terrorised at school etc.

I do like Angelina, but I can't stand Angelina Jolie so that puts me off :p

    Morning!
I see the midwife today at 2 for my booking appointment. Keep thinking maybe I'm not really pregnant? Silly huh.

Also, my Aptamil bear and pack arrived this morning which is great, plus I got another job interview, for a contract position till March! So I have two now plus the church job, which is so much more positive.

    Hope everyone is OK today.

poor wee things i never heard about the twins? i saw a pic of them on the news and it looked like they were kissing it was so cute!

ickle its more the fact that i have 4 and no 5 was a HUGE surprise if i found out it was twins after only being told one then i think i would need sectioned lol! it is only recently that i have come round to the thought of having another baby(not that ive had much choice:L) lucky you having twins esp as they are your first i think its amazing and you will cope fantastic but i think it would be harder for me having to deal with the rest!!

Angela and Angelica both are 'Angel'-like. Angelo could be used for a boy, not so girly like Angel.

I know someone whose little girl is called Angelica so we can't go with that (plus I always think of the rugrats :D ).
