Not feeling too good tonight, SPD is bad (I made the mistake of walking back from supermarket yesterday) and anxiety is quite bad for some reason.

Consultant tomorrow, hopefully will ask about pain relief and labour options.

I've got them, but the arm cuff bits are so tight that they are pretty much unusable. I'm going to pop into the Physio department tomorrow and ask if there is any alternative. They really dig in (very fat arms!) and its just so uncomfortable, and it takes ages to prise my arms out of them when I want to sit down. I'm tending to just suffer during the day, then crawl at night :o

Anyways, I'm trying to think of Care Bears and Fluffy Bunnies now :).

    Hi ladies!

I had my first midwife booking-in appointment today. OMG so much information - how will I remember it all?

I have been put under consultant care throughout pregnancy and she booked my 12 week scan then and there for the 16th December

hi mollie you have your scan the same day as mine although they did change my due date to the 26th of june which is my birthday
now proud mum to 3 handsome boys :j latest one born 10/10/11:j
  • Good luck with the consultant FG, and take care of you Sami!

I know now why I was so hungry yesterday (I had 2 dinners!) - the baby has been growing while I was sleeping - I'm sure I have about 50% more tummy now than I did when I went to bed last night. Last full day at work today - just going in tomorrow morning to do some handover stuff, and eat/feed everyone else cake! And that's if it doesn't snow... if it does I'm staying put, and they will just have to post me my card.

I have been put under consultant care throughout pregnancy and she booked my 12 week scan then and there for the 16th December with a consultant appointment at the same time. Also been referred to Antenatal Physio, which I will probably start after Xmas (Physiotherapist is currently off long-term sick  !)

Got my Bounty pack, Emmas Diary and pregnancy book as well as loads of leaflets etc to read. Hubby treated me to dinner after - it was scrummy! I am now filling in all the forms for my freebie packs!

Glad it all went well, mollythewestie 10w 5d!! :D

Wonder if I will have had my son by the time you have your scan?! :j I'm sticking around with this thread until July so I don't miss any babies being born! (but maybe not getting pregnant again :rotfl:).

    xx
